Terry’s common sense approach to customer service is built on personal attitude, problem solving, humour and a fundamental understanding of simple human needs.
Personally, I have know Terry for many years for our mutual involvement in association work and in business transactions. Terry is a leader in many ways. We had the privilege of sitting on many national photo competition judging panels together and his contribution was always remarkable.
