I would like to order by Internet but I am afraid that somebody will use my credit card number; can you tell me more about it?
You are worried about the security of your transactions via Internet and I can understand that. This is why PhotoCoach Inc. takes all possible measures that will allow you to shop in confidence. When you carry out your payment, all information concerning your credit card is encoded directly on a protected server that belongs to Moneris Solutions. No credit-card information is stored on the PhotoCoach server. Thus, none of our employees have access to your credit information. Moneris Solutions is Canada’s largest processor of credit card transactions. It was made up as a joint investment between RBC Royal Bank and BMO Bank of Montreal to which belongs Harris Bank. Moneris Solutions processes more than 1.8 billion credit and debit card transactions a year, for over 300 000 merchant locations across North America. You may be surprised to learn that it is more secure to transmit your credit card number on Internet than by telephone or in a store.
What personal information does PhotoCoach Inc. gather on me?
When purchasing products, PhotoCoach Inc requires your name, postal address, e-mail address, as well as certain other information that you may agree to offer. From the button “Your account”, you can check if the information you transmit is exact and if not, you can update it. What use does PhotoCoach Inc. make of the information gathered? The information gathered by PhotoCoach Inc. is used to open an account in your name, to process your order, to personalize its relationship with you, and if you so authorize, to occasionally convey personalized information to you about its Web site and products. PhotoCoach Inc. assures you that its advertisers and/or partners do not, at any time, have access to your confidential data. Moreover, PhotoCoach Inc. does not sell its customer list. PhotoCoach Inc. reserves the right to share your personal information to the extent that it is legally bound to do so or for the purpose of protecting the proprietary interests of PhotoCoach Inc. Web or those of its users, sponsors, advertisers or suppliers.

What’s a « cookie »?
